Decorators are a very powerful and useful tool in Python since it allows programmers to modify the behaviour of a function or class. Decorators allow us to wrap another function in order to extend the behaviour of the wrapped function, without permanently modifying it.

For instance, tf.function in TensorFlow 2.0 converts relevant Python code into a formidable TensorFlow graph. It combines the flexibility of eager execution and strength of graph computations. Such simple Python functions can be translated into a graph, using the tf.function decorator (@tf.function).
